Job Purpose
Perform coordination and support activities within the HR department in-line with EnerSys policy, that focuses on the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of HR policies in order to minimize HR risks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides general HR support to a department.
- Focused on helping HR BP and managers accomplish HR-related tasks.
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
- Compiling and updating employee records
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2+ years experience in a similar position
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Sociology, psychology, or a related field
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities
- Able to follow instructions, and respond to management direction
- Skilled with spreadsheet and calculation software
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional languages a plus
- SAP SF system knowledge a plus
