Senior Creative Producer (Hybrid)
This is a senior role for an experienced Senior Creative Producer who will lead a global events program. The position requires a professional with a strong background in logistics, operations, creative design, marketing, and a proven track record in producing both social and corporate events.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role encompasses the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept to post-event analysis:
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to create a vision for the event.
- Lead conceptual and creative design efforts.
- Oversee or directly create show assets like graphics, videos, and set designs.
- Handle vendor interaction, including coordinating with rental houses to procure specialized equipment, set pieces, or furniture.
- Manage the live production, with the potential to direct or call the show.
- Develop and implement action plans to address any issues for future events.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of extensive experience in creative design, multimedia support and event production.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multimedia products and event technologies.
- Skills: Superior organizational, time management, problem-solving, and vendor management abilities.
- Experience in translating client needs and stakeholder objectives into a clear, creative vision for the event.
- Understanding of marketing principles and experience integrating brand messaging and marketing goals into the event experience.
- Personal Qualities: A resilient, versatile, and proactive multi-tasker who performs well under pressure and can manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
