Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
  • Embed in the operational battle rhythm, providing Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (DMHA) expertise to boards, working groups, and operational planning forums.
  • Draft and staff DMHA inputs to strategic and operational planning products (e.g., campaign plans and theater orders), ensuring humanitarian equities are integrated and actionable.
  • Assess programs and operations for gaps, delivering recommendations that improve readiness, coordination, and execution of humanitarian and security cooperation activities.
  • Support crisis action and contingency planning, including surge staffing and continuity support during major emergencies or elevated operational tempo.
  • Track, validate, and process funding requests for humanitarian and security cooperation efforts using approved enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-ready records.
  • Capture, synthesize, and disseminate lessons learned from exercises and real-world responses to inform updates to plans, processes, and partner engagement approaches.
  • Advise on mission IT and information assurance requirements, supporting compliance with applicable DoD certification standards and secure handling of operational information.
  • Enable missions and events end-to-end by supporting logistics and coordination, facilitating workshops, managing knowledge artifacts, and developing executive-ready briefings and graphics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • 4 + years experience in operational planning and support of the Disaster Management and Humanitarian assistance.
  • 3 + years of experience producing operational/strategic analytic reports and recommendations.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Honolulu, HI.

Preferred:
  • Masters degree preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
