The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable and resourceful data models to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers a unique chance to collaborate with talented professionals, utilize advanced cloud technologies, and enhance your technical proficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models for business intelligence
- Collaborate with team members on data analytics projects
- Develop technical skills in cloud technologies and software engineering
- Contribute to client engagements and project tasks
- Analyze data to derive insights and support decision-making
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing data systems
- Uphold technical standards and practices in software development
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least three years of experience
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, individuals may be considered if they have demonstrated three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience for each missing year of college, in addition to the three years of experience required.

- Implementing models on Google Cloud Platform
- Optimizing data models on Microsoft Azure services

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
