- Develop, optimize and implement the Annual Marketing Plan of Botox in Tx.
- Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional team as well as Botox cosmetic to synergize marketing resource.
- Ensure the integrity of Botox therapeutic marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies
- Effectively development and manage promotional budget to deliver annual marketing plan
- Lead open, consistent and clear communication between sales and marketing
- Update sales force training material and implement the new employee orientation training.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science
- 4+ years Pharmaceutical marketing experience (related consulting background is a plus)
- Experience in marketing consumer-oriented products (pharmaceutical or cross-industry) is a preferred qualification.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)
- Strong teamwork spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders (KOLs, partners, cross-functional teams).
- Proactive and independent work attitude, with strong project management ability, able to lead and drive the completion of complex marketing projects independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and insights to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Good level of English language both in spoken /written
