Skills and Competencies
• 2-4 Years of experience in software development, systems integration, data engineering, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python for API calls, data transformation, and automation
• Strong understanding of REST/OData APIs, authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, API keys), and data formats such as JSON and XML
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences while providing clear guidance and troubleshooting support
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and iterate quickly from prototype to production
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and low-code automation platforms
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent technical experience
Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy AI agents to streamline People team processes
• Build and enhance automation using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Python tools, and emerging AI technologies
• Enable and support People system integrations across SuccessFactors, Cornerstone LMS, Workday, Glint, and Microsoft 365
• Serve as a technical resource for API usage, authentication flows, data models, and integration patterns
• Deliver technical training and documentation for stakeholder enablement
• Troubleshoot People Systems platform issues related to integrations or data layer
• Stay current with AI advancements and contribute to proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives

The team focuses on building AI-enabled solutions, seamless integrations, and innovative workflows that shape the future of HR technology.
