This is a shared, dual-track internship supporting two programs within the SOLIDWORKS business unit at Dassault Systèmes: the Solution Partner Program (SPP) and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. The intern will split their time between both tracks, reporting to two hiring managers and contributing to distinct but complementary workstreams.
Please note that this position is 100% in person at the Waltham, MA office.
Track 1: SOLIDWORKS Solution Partner Program (SPP)At the heart of the Alliances Program are its information systems, which support prospective partners’ access to program resources and benefits as they progress in their partnership with SOLIDWORKS. Administering quality measures across these systems is essential to the overall operation, as is executing program administrative transactions to secure and maintain successful partner relations.
The intern will assist the SPP team with:
- Manage branded materials and physical inventory: Research vendors and place orders for branded promotional items. Maintain and physically organize the in-office inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
- Support program operations and documentation: Assist with member-related processes and manually update the Partner Program processes workbook to reflect current procedures and changes.
- Update marketing assets through direct partner outreach: Keep the Certified Products Brochure current by contacting Gold Solution Partners directly to collect, verify, and confirm updated product information.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding logistics: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding communications. Prepare and ship branded materials globally and send official program letters to members.
- Maintain program data and lead project coordination: Review and validate member-submitted information to ensure database accuracy. Take ownership of increasingly complex projects that require cross-team collaboration and follow-through.
Track 2: SOLIDWORKS Go-To-Market (GTM)
The SOLIDWORKS Go-To-Market team drives the launch of new products and releases, manages the What’s New process for new releases, and owns the product content and product blog strategy, as well as customer and partner communications across the SOLIDWORKS portfolio. The intern will work with Product Marketing Managers, Portfolio Managers, and other stakeholders as needed to keep content current, operationally sound, and increasingly AI-assisted.
The intern will assist the GTM team with:- Content management: Audit existing product content assets; coordinate updates with Product Managers and edit assets directly; and maintain a tracker of updated and newly created content with My Offer links. Manage the creation of complex content such as Top10 flyers.
- GTM project management: Assist in the What’s New process, track status by workflow owner, and update GTM project plan status.
- Operational systems — Kapost & My Offer: Manage content in Kapost (field data, PM Gallery, page status) and My Offer (author/reviewer task tracking, spreadsheet, reminders, audits); provide improvement recommendations for both systems.
- Operational documentation and intern continuity: Document GTM processes in a wiki, create status reports and slides as needed. Build and maintain how-to guides for key GTM systems and processes; train the incoming intern to ensure a clean handoff.
- AI-assisted workflow automation: Identify potential opportuni
The following qualifications apply to both tracks:
Actively enrolled in a degree or graduate program, or recently graduated
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadline-driven assignments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Self-motivated with curiosity about new tools and technology — not intimidated by what you don’t yet know
Preferred qualifications for the SPP track:Background in Business, Marketing, or Communications
Experience with or interest in partner/channel program administration
Comfort with database management and data accuracy tasks
Understanding of social media for professional or community engagement
Preferred qualifications for the GTM track:
Background in Strategic Communication, Technical Communication, Marketing, Information Science, or a related field that combines writing and systems thinking
Demonstrated ability to write clearly about technical or complex product topics for technical audiences
Experience with content management systems and project management tools, comfort with spreadsheet-based tracking
Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for drafting, summarizing, or automating content tasks
Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Microsoft Power Automate
