This is an exciting opportunity to own the go-to-market strategy for ONESOURCE Global Trade (OSGT) across Asia and Emerging Markets (AEM) at Thomson Reuters - one of the world's most trusted providers of trade compliance technology.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Global Trade Segment Specialist, you will:
You will be the regional centre of expertise for OSGT - the go-to person for corporate markets, marketing, product, and customers across AEM.
You will be able to understands the trade compliance landscape deeply and can translate that knowledge into clear market positioning and tangible growth outcomes.
You'll work at the intersection of market strategy, proposition development, and commercial execution, partnering closely with the Product Marketing team in the Corporate segment to bring the full value of OSGT to clients across Asia.
You'll own the regional GTM strategy for OSGT, developing and refining propositions that address the specific needs of clients across AEM markets.
You'll work hand-in-hand with Corporate Markets sales teams to identify and progress opportunities - from early pipeline development through to deal closure - including supporting enterprise tender opportunities as they arise.
You'll engage regularly with customers and prospects, presenting and contextualizing the OSGT solution with confidence and credibility.
You'll collaborate across a broad set of internal stakeholders: partnering with Corporate segment Product Marketing on thought leadership and campaign activities.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Global Trade Segment Specialist if you have the following required skills and qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in supply chain, trade, law, finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in global trade, customs compliance, supply chain, or trade technology - whether in an industry, advisory, or software vendor context.
A solid understanding of customs and trade compliance frameworks across Asian markets
Experience working with or alongside a customs broker, freight forwarder, professional services firm, or trade technology provider.
Familiarity with trade management platforms; knowledge of ONESOURCE Global Trade is an advantage.
A genuine commercial mindset - you can read a market, identify opportunity, and translate insight into action.
