Onboarding Manager

Barn2Door is seeking an Onboarding Manager to join our Success team and help Farmers leverage our platform to save time, grow their business, and drive early adoption and customer engagement. You will guide Farmers through onboarding, training them to manage products, inventory, logistics, and transactions online, while ensuring platform adoption, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage new Farmer accounts to ensure customer adoption and sales volume
- Proactively identify customers needing additional training and product support
- Follow up and follow through consistently according to a project plan
- Meet and exceed customer adoption and transaction volume goals
- Clearly articulate Barn2Door’s value proposition, capabilities, and new features
- Communicate online commerce best practices and provide Farmers with tactical solutions to achieve sales and time-saving goals
- Gather and relay customer feedback and product suggestions to internal teams
- Continually test and optimize customer success processes for improved results
- Collaborate closely with senior executives and the entire Barn2Door team

You have:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or customer training
- Technical acumen and comfort with learning new online tools
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude
- Desire to work in a startup environment and invest in your career growth
- Preferred: food or farming domain knowledge
- Preferred: experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity tools (Slack, Confluence)
- Preferred: experience training or teaching people to use technology, including social media
Total Compensation
The projected annual salary range is $52,000 - $66,000 DOE (inclusive of $6,000+ uncapped commission) plus incentive stock options.
