The Country Launch Senior Manager – ONESOURCE Pagero develops and implements strategies for global eInvoicing compliance. This role coordinates country launch teams to deliver compliant solutions on schedule, oversees planning and execution of new market rollouts, manages regulatory analysis, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market readiness, and continually improves launch processes to support global compliance goals.
About the Role
In this role as a Country Launch Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead global country launch strategy for ONESOURCE Pagero, ensuring compliance with eInvoice mandates.
- Define and manage the country launch roadmap, balancing regulatory needs, market opportunities, resources, and technical factors.
- Oversee a virtual team of project managers, ensuring high-quality, consistent launches.
- Develop clear plans from regulatory and business requirements, setting scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create scalable solutions for country-specific mandates and support feature trade-offs.
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on market entry, positioning, enablement, and communications.
- Manage dependencies, processes, and documentation for seamless launches.
- Collect and integrate stakeholder feedback to enhance future launches.
- Monitor regulatory changes and adjust roadmaps as needed.
- Create business cases for new launches with effort and impact estimates.
- Support budgeting, performance tracking, risk management, and reporting.
- Partner with commercial teams to drive client adoption and retention.
- Ensure ongoing compliance and quality of country implementations.
- Assist with revenue planning and pricing for new capabilities.
- Recruit and develop launch team talent, promoting collaboration.
- Track KPIs like countries launched, cycle times, and compliance to measure and improve performance.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Country Launch Senior Manager if you have the following required qualifications:
- Educational background in areas of system integrations and/or IT Project Management and/or similar tech-oriented educational background
- You are a driven, ambitious and independent person
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced with or interested in managing software integration/implementation projects
- You can understand the full picture, as well as dive deep into the details
- Minimum 6 years work experience
- Fluent English skills (speaking and writing) plus additional languages as French/Spanish/German/Chinese
- Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit)
Additional preferred qualifications include:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of ONESOURCE Pagero and processes, in particular our Country Launch process.
- You are self-driven and have both technical, business and communication interest to improve Pagero Network and processes
- Understanding of our customers general business processes and needs connected to O2C and P2P compliance
