Sales Operations Intern – 13-14 months

We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join our EURONORTH Sales Operations Team, supporting key sales processes and operational efficiency. This Internship is ideal for students interested in business operations, Sales & Data analytics and process optimization, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. The role will focus on providing data analysis, ensuring data quality and implementing best practices across various sales tools and systems to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
The position is based in our Warwick office and offers 13-14 months internship with a 40-hour work week. The role follows a hybrid working model (post probation period) but must be available to work from the Warwick office.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and ensure accurate reporting within our tools, providing feedback to tool owners for process improvements and best practices
• Develop and implement procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy within our CRM system My Sales Pipeline, collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Business Sales teams, Business Partners, etc.
• Promote and implement operational models to deliver high and consistent service levels, supporting organizational growth
• Assist teams with reporting and analysis across various sales operations activities, including Sales Transaction support, our Direct and Indirect models, Value Alignment, Lead Management, Sales Pipeline Management, Customer Relationship Management, Territory Management and Sales Process Optimization.
• Support through enablement to sales personnel during onboarding and help facilitate the adoption of systems and tools & best practices

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) is required
• Highly responsive, proactive, and engaged, with a strong team-player attitude
• Efficient work organization and the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities
