We provide specialized support and operational services to vacation rental property managers and partners, ensuring accurate billing, seamless reservation flows, and a differentiated service experience across Vrbo. Based in Austin, Texas, this team works closely with global counterparts in Product, Technology, and Partner Success to keep our property management ecosystem running smoothly for partners and travelers around the world.

Make an impact

As an Integrated Property Management Supervisor in Austin, Texas you will lead a team of specialists who support complex property management, billing, and payment inquiries for our vacation rental partners. You’ll be the operational backbone for key IPM processes, using data to drive performance, resolve escalations, and improve partner experience. In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Integrated Property Management specialists supporting Vrbo, driving strong performance in service level, quality, and productivity

  • Oversee day-to-day IPM operations for billing, payment application/reconciliation, and reservation management workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex partner issues, using data and root-cause analysis to resolve problems and prevent recurrence, while maintaining a high standard of partner experience

  • Collaborate with global teams (e.g., Product, Technology, Partner Success) to surface trends, influence roadmaps, and support launches, migrations, and seasonal readiness initiatives

  • Champion process excellence by standardizing workflows, improving knowledge content, and identifying automation or simplification opportunities that reduce effort for agents and partners

  • Foster an inclusive, high-trust team culture aligned to Expedia Group’s Values and Leadership Agreements, modeling clear communication, accountability, and continuous learning

Experience and qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in operations, customer support, shared services, or property management, including 2+ years in a people leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment

  • You have hands-on experience with property management systems (PMS), channel managers, or finance/billing operations (e.g., payment application, reconciliation, invoicing); experience in travel, hospitality, or vacation rentals is a plus

  • You are comfortable managing through data and dashboards (e.g., SLAs, contact volume, quality, schedule adherence, shrinkage), and you use insights to prioritize actions and coach your team

  • You demonstrate strong coaching, feedback, and performance management skills, with a track record of helping team members grow while holding a clear bar for results

  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and verbal) and are adept at working with global stakeholders across time zones

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Finance, or related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • You are willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and you are able to work on-site in our Austin, Texas office in alignment with our flexible work model (minimum three days per week in office)

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
