Principal, Process Excellence & Global Implementation
Job details
We are looking for a Principal, Process Excellence & Implementation, to join the International Markets team. This is not a traditional reporting role; it is a high-impact "Architect" position designed to bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational reality.
In this role, you will be the primary owner of the Target Operating Model (TOM) across our global entities. You will move beyond simply identifying performance gaps—you will design the future-state processes and lead the end-to-end project management required to deploy them across diverse markets.
Process Design & Mapping: Lead the "Target State" design for core business functions. You will map complex current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, and architect scalable, standardized processes that harmonize our global operations.
End-to-End Implementation: Own the project lifecycle of strategic initiatives, managing the deployment, coordinating with local ops teams, and ensuring "boots on the ground" adoption.
Performance Management: Define the input/output metrics that prove a process is working. You will build the frameworks to ensure that once a new process is deployed, it remains stable and achieves the intended financial impact.
Change & Stakeholder Management: Aligning regional leadership and local functional heads, ensuring connection between central strategy and local execution.
Best practice sharing: Act as a "Internal Consultant" to our entities, identifying where legacy processes are failing and leading the project teams to re-engineer them. Document target process, to ensure continuity.
Qualifications
Experience: 6+ years in Project Management, Operational Excellence, or Management Consulting. You have a proven track record of leading large-scale process rollouts in e-commerce, logistics, or tech-heavy operations.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and present insights clearly and concisely. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL is a must; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex concepts and ideas into executive conclusions.
Influencing Skills: The ability to manage "change fatigue" and convince local stakeholders to adopt global standards through clear communication and demonstrated ROI.
Problem-Solving: A proactive, can-do attitude with an aptitude for identifying problems and developing creative, data-driven solutions.
Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
