This isn't a back-office role—it's a high-impact seat influencing multimillion-dollar decisions across sales, operations, and finance.
What You'll Do
- Sit at the leadership table: Advise the Sales Leaders directly, aligning sharp financial insights with bold business strategy to drive outsized results.
- Amplify executive impact: Present insights at Quarterly Business Reviews and Investor Relations presentations that wow stakeholders.
- Bridge finance and sales: Foster seamless communication, eliminate knowledge gaps, and boost transparency for faster, smarter decisions.
- Drive long-term vision: Develop 1yr-6yr strategic operation model, including bookings to revenue conversion and resource allocation, aligned across Brands and Industries.
- Fuel deal wins: Collaborate with Pricing, Deal Value Engineering, Revenue Recognition, and Legal to structure deals that maximize outcomes and minimize risk.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, or related field
- Demonstrate advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise
