We work with the CFO, CAO, controller, and treasurer to develop an efficient, high quality, data-driven, tech-enabled controllership and treasury function that empowers our clients to drive more value to their business partners and to their investors.
The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,200 to $105,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Analyst on the project, you will:
- Prepare and support General Property, Plant, and Equipment (GPP&E) and Inventory valuation packages to enable audit readiness and financial reporting support.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliations across financial and logistics systems; identify, research, and resolve variances within condensed reporting timelines.
- Design and execute risk assessments to identify process gaps, control deficiencies, and improvement opportunities across financial reporting and operational processes.
- Perform substantive testing in accordance with the Financial Audit Manual (FAM) and document results in a clear, supportable manner.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain supporting documentation, investigate discrepancies, and help track remediation of financial reporting and audit issues.
- Use Excel and other data analysis tools such as Python, Power Query, and SQL to consume, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Develop clear written deliverables and presentations that communicate risks, issues, recommendations, and status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support high-priority reconciliation and reporting cycles, including peak periods that may require evening or weekend support.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 1+ years experience in a combination of the following areas:
- Supporting audit readiness, financial statement audits, internal controls, financial reporting, or remediation activities
- Performing reconciliations, variance analysis, and documentation support across financial and operational data sources
- Conducting risk assessments and identifying process or control improvement opportunities
- Testing concepts and audit support activities performed in accordance with established audit guidance
- 1+ year in Excel and one or more data analysis tools such as Python, Power Query, or SQL
- Ability to work on-site in Prince George County, MD up to 5 days per week
