We are on the lookout for a Software Engineer II, ReactJS - (Logistics) to join the Global Service Tech team in Logistics on our journey to automate the work of customer Help Center, using the latest AI technology.
At Delivery Hero, we are committed to automate the daily work of support agents, providing customers a great support experience while making sure our human agents can focus on the harder problems. Our Help Center Automation team provides self-service actions to customers to address their needs without the need of reaching out to AI/Human agents.
Design and build back-office solutions to automate and transform the global customer service experience.
Deliver scalable Help Center automations serving stakeholders across 50+ countries and millions of users.
Ensure high-quality, reliable systems by employing rigorous observability and monitoring practices.
Utilize modern development practices, including TDD, Continuous Delivery, and Scrum.
Act as a key partner to Product Management to drive value for stakeholders and customers.
Work within cross-functional, international agile teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Qualifications
4+ years of professional Frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, including 3+ years specifically with React.
Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS, and JS engines, with a strong grasp of Frontend security and API integrations.
Proven ability in unit, functional, integration, and E2E testing using tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
Skilled in optimization techniques, including code splitting, state management, asset bundling, and caching.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and build tools like Webpack, Babel, or GitHub Actions.
Proactive approach to improving codebases, leading technical discussions, and using monitoring tools like Sentry or Datadog.
