We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Client Executive who will successfully implement the Dassault Systèmes Industrial Equipment industry strategy for assigned strategic accounts in order to increase Dassault Systèmes’ market presence and revenue growth on a short and mid-term basis.

- Serve as the primary customer contact, building trust across all stakeholder levels and deeply understanding client goals and challenges
- Identify customer transformation drivers and lead value‑based engagements using 3DS frameworks to secure multi‑year strategic deals
- Provide accurate forecasting across five rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives while supporting broader geo‑sales planning
- Drive customer transformation initiatives, consulting missions, and sustainable value realization
- Orchestrate internal 3DS teams, partners, and C&SI resources to execute strategy and generate growth opportunities
- Ensure CRM excellence, manage negotiations in alignment with legal/finance, and monitor customer satisfaction and SaaS adoption
- Capture and share best practices, win/loss insights, and analytics to improve execution quality
- Maintain required certifications, continuously develop skills, and mentor junior colleagues when fully certified
- Proven experience in consultative value selling or account management in the software industry for international or large companies. Preferably having prior exposure to Industrial Equipment or related industries
- Proven experience of building and maintaining a sales pipeline, delivering to target and driving growth
- Solid experience of engaging with and building relationships with C-Level executives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a complex sales environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization
- Positive, self-motivated individual with high level of interest and passion, and a willingness to learn
