- Provides operational, administrative and sales support to the Global Key Account Director and Sales Team within the Corporates Global Accounts organization. Serves as an overlay resource to enhance efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and empower the broader team to concentrate on high-value customer engagement. While responsibilities may grow over time, the primary focus is supporting the Pagero product line.
About The Role:
- Maintain and update customer and prospect records in Salesforce and other relevant systems (e.g., IFS, EMS), ensuring data integrity across tools
- Support Global Key Account Director and Sr. Sales Specialists with upsell tasks, including order entry, opportunity tracking, and system updates
- Coordinate with internal departments — including Customer Service, Finance, Support, and Professional Services
- Provide sales support, including preparation of proposals, product and pricing information, and relevant account documentation
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, including preparation of presentations, webinar materials, and external event content
- Conduct analysis to identify upsell opportunities and support pipeline reporting
- Maintain reporting and tracking of key sales metrics
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal stakeholders with questions related to the Pagero platform and Global Accounts processes
- Contribute to process improvement efforts to increase team efficiency and consistency
About You:
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce required; IFS a plus)

Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or customer success support role
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organization preferred
- Experience with Pagero, or a strong understanding of the e-invoicing, tax compliance, or broader fintech/reg tech landscape strongly preferred
- Familiarity with e-invoicing regulations, compliance requirements, or supply chain finance concepts (e.g., VAT/GST compliance, electronic document exchange, or AP/AR automation) a plus
