We are currently looking for Senior Production Planner and Control Analyst ( 12 Month FTC) for our manufacturing site in Westport.
The Planner is responsible for producing a Production Plan in agreement with Line Management which maximises available capacity to meet customer needs and inventory targets and also closely monitor the execution of that plan. Communicate in a timely manner progress of plan and in particular changes which may impact the customers requested shipment dates.
- Ensuring all planning activities of the Business Unit are performed in accordance with GMP, relevant SOPs.
- Issue a filling and packing schedule to the floor in a timely manner to meet the Customer requirements
- Monitor and review the execution of the Schedule making decisions around changes should they be required.
- Represent the “Voice of the Customer at the Business Unit ensuring that the focus is maintained on meeting the requested ship dates
- Maintain Customer Order Priority list for Product Release in conjunction with Lab release dates.
- Engage in any OPEX projects which are being undertaken by Supply Chain.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain or Business Degree.
- Minimum 5 years planning in a high-volume manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- IPICS or similar qualification is desired.
- Good working knowledge of SAP applications in areas of MRP/MPS
