I was laid off after only 10 months of transitioning to sales managing. While I search for my next role I find that I'm in a no-man: not experienced enough for another managerial role because it was a startup and we weren't able to provide traditional proof of success, too experienced to be an entry level IC, but not experienced enought to be an enterprise/channel IC. I have been struggling with that very question, IC or Manager? I recently enrolled in an Agile Scrum certification to assist in my leadership search. -Looking for direction. Thank you!
