Why Top-Performing Professionals Care About Company Culture

About this session

Is your company losing amazing talent and you can’t explain why?

In the last year, we saw a record number of job resignations. Employers were left scratching their heads, struggling to explain why people are changing jobs. The easiest explanation is to say it is for money, but there may be a much bigger driver behind this.

In order to get to the bottom of this, we need to examine the cause of the problem and what employees are actually looking for.

Dimana Mabhena, the Co-Founder of GenWork, a company specializing in company culture and DEI consulting, will be joining us to talk about why the top performers in the market care about company culture and what managers can do to address this.

In this chat, we’ll talk about:

  • Company culture in the new hybrid work era
  • Why people quit their jobs for a better work environment
  • What companies can do to address employee well-being
