Having a top talent-attracting company culture can lead to 33% higher revenue. Not only that, but a whopping 91% of managers in the U.S. say a candidate’s alignment with their culture is just as or more important than their skills and experience.
You can create benefits and policies that set the tone for your company culture, from generous PTO and flexibility to development opportunities, all you want.
