Once upon a time, not so long ago, professional opportunities for women were practically non-existent.
Today, the relationship between women and the professional realm has radically evolved.
There is now a newfound opportunity and freedom for career-driven women – something we can see in the growing number of female leadership roles and the diverse expansion of “male-dominated” industries.
Despite progress, there is room for growth.
Collective Insights’ Dori Miller (Strategy Execution and Business Operations Executive) is one of the many brave women to pave the way toward gender equality in male-dominated industries.
She knows what it is like to be the only woman in the room. Dori has committed to advocating for the advancement of women and marginalized professionals in male-dominated industries.
She wants a world where women embrace who they are, bring their whole selves to work, and feel confident in their leadership in the workplace.
Join us to hear her discuss:
- The personal challenges that she overcame
- The best way to address and dismantle unconscious bias in the workplace
- Focusing on your skills, experience, and capabilities
- Identifying and harnessing fulfillment, growth, and success in your career
