Sienna J. Brown is the Senior Director of DEIB at PowerToFly and globally recognized speaker. Her mission is to build a new wave of leadership focused on inclusion and intention in the workplace so that every individual has equal opportunity to reach their full potential in their personal and professional lives.
With over a decade of experience partnering with global leaders and organizations, her work has been featured on platforms like Forbes, Essence, TedX, NPR & more and on stages with global companies like Siemens, Bumble, DHI, Expedia, PowerMBA.
Intersectionality and inclusion are at the center of all she does as she leads a diverse team of DEIB experts that provide insights and expertise for PowerToFly's clients and communities across the globe.
As the Manager of Talent and Employee Experience at BizLibrary, Carli is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to join the BizLibrary team, as well as continuing to engage them throughout the employee lifecycle.
From delivering the BizLibrary onboarding experience to answering day-to-day HR questions, she is passionate about fostering a great work environment and making employees’ lives easier.
Shireen is the Manager of People & Talent at Blueboard. With almost 8 years of experience in the HR space, with a strong foundation in talent acquisition, Shireen has experience with a variety of areas including people relations and overall employee development. In the workplace, Shireen values collaboration and engagement through connection in the work she is doing. She believes when you are working with an engaged team, you are able to accomplish much more. While she is newer to speaking, Shireen regularly presents to candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and more.
Outside of the workplace, Shireen thrives in creative spaces and being around her friends. She often visits art galleries, small music venues, open mic events, and art studios. When she is not out exploring new places in the world, Shireen enjoys spending time with her boyfriend - watching YouTube videos and having philosophical debates on the human experience.
