During this chat, Sharon will talk about:
Sharon Gai is a China-born Canadian who is a DEIB expert in cultural intelligence. Her TEDx talk, "Culture Fluid," has sparked a new way for companies to think about belonging in the workplace. She has been the keynote speaker at TEDx, Singularity University, UBS, Nestle, Ecomworld, and Etail. She is on the AAE list of Top Keynote Speakers in 2023. She has appeared on CBC, CCTV, Techcrunch, Retail Asia, and The Next Web. She authored the book E-commerce Reimagined: What we can learn in Retail and e-commerce from China.
