Meet The Speakers
Dr. Alexandria White (she/her) is the Senior Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ReBoot Accel.
She has been delivering diversity, leadership, and social justice training since 2005. Alex consults with organizations on ways to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. She founded S.A.M.S. (Student Affairs MomS), the largest online community for mothers who work in the student affairs profession. Her professional career has involved retail banking, servant leadership, community activism, diversity planning, and higher education.
Alex co-hosts a podcast called Call In, advising business leaders on how to be inclusive.
Diane Flynn (she/her) is the Co-Founder and CEO of ReBoot Accel, an organization dedicated to designing inclusive work cultures. She consults with Fortune 500 companies, coaches executives, and facilitates workshops that support and promote women and underrepresented groups.
She co-authored "The Upside," presenting the business case for diverse workforces and best practices for tapping the potential of women. Diane facilitates workshops for alums at Stanford Business School and serves as guest faculty at the Modern Elder Academy and 1440 Multiversity.
