Heidi Sager is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support leadership. She currently serves as the senior director of Support at Elastic. With nearly 3 decades of experience in technical operations and support roles, Heidi has honed her expertise in leading teams and delivering exceptional client experiences. Her career journey includes notable positions in higher education, local government, and high tech at OVHcloud, VMware, and West Safety Services, where she demonstrated a strong commitment to driving operational excellence. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Ryan Elizabeth Anson is a highly respected all-around education expert, skilled in designing, developing, and delivering technical training. With over two decades of experience, Ryan has excelled in roles such as Director of Global Education Delivery and Sr. Manager of Services Engagement Management at Elastic. Ryan’s journey to Elastic included stops along the way at law school, in cancer research laboratories, and as a technical instructor, and as a result, she believes strongly that bringing together employees from different backgrounds creates a stronger team. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
