Meet The Speakers
Revathi A Menon is driven by a deep desire to create spaces where people feel connected and valued. She passionately does this by shaping spaces of belonging in her role as a Community Manager at Gainsight. As a co-chair of Gainsight's Mental Wellness Employee Resource Group, she strives to cultivate an environment of openness and support within the company. Revathi finds inspiration in the stories and experiences of those she meets. Whether in her professional work or personal pursuits, Revathi is always seeking ways to bring people together.
Seth is always chasing the next 'aha moment' for himself and others. This passion led him to his fifth role at Gainsight, as Program Director, Customer Success Innovation, where he's facilitating the organization's integration of AI into day-to-day work. Leaning on his blend of analysis, enthusiasm, and creativity — which he's previously applied when leading teams in Community, CS Operations, Support, and Services — Seth thrives by bringing people together to imagine and pilot new ways of working. As co-chair of Gainsight's mental wellness Employee Resource Group, he fosters a supportive and open community within the company. Outside of work, he's been singing with a cappella groups continuously since 1997, and lives in Boston with his husband and their opinionated beagle.
