For the last two decades Meredith has coached CEOs, Founders and Senior Executives in fast-growth organizations such as SoulCycle, Urbint and Splice and large multi-national organizations such as Phillips and Spotify. While Meredith’s professional journey began in neurochemistry, to take the human work she did out of the Petri dish she quickly found her way into business environments. Meredith became Senior Vice President, and one of five execs, at Paradigm Direct, as they grew the firm into a $200 million company in its first four years. That “on-the-court MBA” led Meredith to want to bring the impact of a focus on human potential into other organizations, and she founded ThinkHuman. In addition to her work at ThinkHuman, Meredith teaches at educational institutions including MIT and The Esalen Institute and is a frequent expert for media outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, CNBC, CNN, and Forbes. Meredith lives with her husband and two kids in Carmel, California.
