During this horrific time in America, many members of the community have reached out to us as leaders in the Diversity and Inclusion space asking for advice - what should we be doing? What should we be reading? How can we support our friends, colleagues, and communities?
I may not have all of the answers, but as the Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion at PowerToFly, I hope that we can create a safe space to address these questions and more, while translating your frustration into activism and support for the Black Community. In this chat you will walk away with:
- Actionable tips to support the Black Community
- Learn ways to manifest frustration into action
- Apply strategies to create change at a local level
