As we learn and grow, so do our wants and purposes. I felt that my career in Sales was less of a want, and more of a “don’t break what’s not broken”, but I knew I had grown to be pretty technically savvy and absolutely loved interfacing with customers. As such, I started my journey from Account Management to Product Innovation and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my new role.
During our chat, I’d like you to focus on:
Chantal Bradley is a Product Analyst at Surescripts. She has been with the company for 10 years, with 8 of those years spent on the Account Management team. As a non-traditional student who started college at the age of 29 , Chantal received her Bachelors in Global Affairs – Communication & Technical Concentration, Health Information Tech from George Mason University in 2016. This achievement is one of her proudest moments, as she not only worked and put herself through school, but also got married, had a baby boy and walked across the stage with him when he was 5 months old. She is also pursuing her PMP certification and enjoys taking self-paced classes on platforms such as Code Academy and Data Camp. Chantal thrives off of customer engagement, understanding customer needs and expectations, and turning those needs into requirements. She also loves to mentor young women and help them find their passions, especially those who are looking at alternative paths forward. Chantal has a loving husband and two young boys who take up most of her free time, but when she is alone she loves to read horror books, or you can find her in the kitchen cooking up tasty and wholesome meals for her family (mostly kid approved!)
