Whitney Faires has been a transformational leader in the medical device industry. She’s best known for leading positive change in people and organizations resulting in unprecedented levels of team performance and improved organizational health. Her passion is people. She has spent over fifteen years in the medical device industry. Her breadth of experience in sales, global operations, and scaling internationally offers one-of-a-kind perspective on how to develop a company culture that empowers employees for greatness. Whitney is committed to helping people reach their personal best and has trained to become a Leadership and Organizational Coach. Her passion for coaching stems from many personal experiences balancing her career and being a dedicated mother. She has coached many professionals to create fundamental shifts that unlock their career potential.
During the last 13 years, Whitney has held many leadership roles at Intuitive Surgical. She is currently the Senior Director of Finance Organization Development and the Chair of WiFi (Women in Finance). Graduating from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, Whitney was a highly decorated athlete winning the prestigious Louis A. Onesty Memorial Scholar-Athlete Award. She’s most proud of her family including her husband and two young children.
Katrina serves as Senior Counsel, Global Employee Relations and Employment Law for Intuitive, Inc. In her role, Katrina supports employees globally on employment life-cycle matters with a focus on ensuring alignment between employee experience, company values, proactive risk mitigation, and employment laws.
Over more than 18 years Katrina’s career has spanned legal roles in multiple areas of employment law, domestic violence, child custody, dissolution of marriage with complex asset division, and other civil law matters.
Additionally Katrina has served in several leadership roles in Human Resources and Employee and Labor Relations across industry lines, including for non-profit organizations, and in the private, public, and government sectors.
Anu Chowdipura is the Director, IT (HR & Legal Applications), Women Intuitive Network (WIN) Co-Founder/Board Member, Women in IT - Co-Founder/Co-Chair at Intuitive with over twenty years of experience in IT Business Applications, primarily strategizing and implementing HR and Legal Applications.
Her range of experience includes on-prem, SaaS, and the best breed applications for the best possible business outcome. Anu Chowdipura is passionate Employee Resource Group leader at Intuitive and believes in creating space for everyone to feel included and heard.
