Question by Lorraine, Program Project Manager asked on 2022-10-03
I lead a team of five. One of the newer team members has strong leadership qualities and occasionally oversteps her boundaries. I've spoken to her privately as diplomatically as possible explaining that some times she can appear to undermine my decisions (based on my years of experience) by speaking out to the team. Any advice on how to not seem 'power hungry' when leading and motivating a team? Thank you.
