Nothing specific just trying to learn more about others, their views on diversity, biases, thoughts of the present workforce and the workforce of the future, DEI, biodiversity, neurodiversity, etc. Just a few thoughts that keep me coming to the well for understanding. Will pointing out DIFFERENCES in others gain us a better workforce or would it be better to focus on our similarities? The country is not doing so well right now by pointing out the differences! Again .... just some of my thoughts.
