How can former entrepreneurs who have a wide breadth of skills but not the deep level of expertise and/or traditional path to show proof of their capabilities land jobs that are commiserate with their actual value? Do all non-traditionals need to "start from the bottom"? Are there ways to translate their "wide but shallow" experiences into a role that doesn't require them to start at an entry-level?
