How common or uncommon is it for tech employers to offer upskilling/training for candidates who have transferable expertise from another field, to help fill in any gaps they might have? For example, if they have great UX design experience, but aren't fluent in a particular software that a company uses, is it common for companies to hire someone and provide training in that software?
