My question is there is a lot of competition among each role to which candidates are applying, so why not they take each one of them to see or take interview to judge the skills rather than resume to move further rounds or further process? Because everything is not written in resume, hiring team needs perfect candidate to fit for this role, that can be done by seeing the skills of that candidate.
