I am seeking to align with Design/Creative/Marketing or Sales stakeholders. Overall the type of responsibilities / focus areas sound like something I can transition into. I am seeking growth, as well as more stability in my career, as my recruiting positions have been impacted by RIFs 2xs since Nov 2022. I've been navigating the incredibly competitive TA market since early Fall 2023, trying to stand out from 20,000+ other recruiters in my niche space to land work....it has been exhausting to put it lightly.
