Hello Sarah! I'm excited to hear your presentation tomorrow. I'd love to learn about any upskilling certs I might need to pursue and/or direction I can take to parlay my proven design/creative recruiting experience (6 yrs + 10 yrs sales/business exp) into becoming a People Business/Talent Partner. I am seeking to align with Design/Creative/Marketing or Sales stakeholders. Overall the type of responsibilities / focus areas sound like something I can transition into. I am seeking growth, as well as more stability in my career, as my recruiting positions have been impacted by RIFs 2xs since Nov 2022. I've been navigating the incredibly competitive TA market since early Fall 2023, trying to stand out from 20,000+ other recruiters in my niche space to land work....it has been exhausting to put it lightly.
