How do you break through the argument of the "best qualified" vs a diverse model on project management teams especially when the team does not consist of a diverse group off ppl in the first place? To often the person of color is seen as a token representative and unfairly chosen for additional work since there are to few ppl to chose from and they still have to get their regular responsibilities completed on time.
