I also have done a lot of work as a contractor and it does not convert to full time. it is tiring and frustrating and I am back to square one as well. A lot of times the employer is looking for the "rock star" contractor to convert and while you feel like you are it as you are providing the service, it doesn't pan out (like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the football). What are your tips?
