This is more of a comment than a question. The name of this session: "Meditation alone won't save you from burnout" was compelling to me. At a time when more or most people are working from home, how, really, can we create a "sane" situation and not be "on" 24/7? Setting boundaries, blocking out calendars, and truly unplugging is important. When we're spending more time indoors, this is a challenge...
