I am a graphic designer and am currently unemployed and want to transition to UI/UX design. I have completed online courses on UX/UI design and am working on my portfolio.I am pretty confident of my skills and being able to hit the ground running when I do get the oportunity but not sure without actual experience how convincing my resume will appear to employers? Increasingly I see the trend that most design jobs are senior/lead designer position. I hardly see anything labeled as UI/UX designer or even visual/graphic designer.
