Hello! Any advice for a recent college grad? I am coming up on my two year mark at a large tech corp doing sales development. I absolutely loathe it, and want to do something more creative and strategic and active and social...But narrowing all those down into one job has been really difficult. The job market is really geared for more sales roles...I often feel like I am putting a square peg in a circle. I have my first freelance role on the side, but it’s very disorganized so I’m looking to broaden my freelancing and make it my main source of income so I can quit my corporate gig. Any advice on how to define your value to get hired?
