How can a recent entrepreneur best reduce risk for a hiring manager when a) they were their own boss, so "just ask your former boss to write you a recommendation on linkedin" isn't possible, and/or b) their startup was pre-launch, so there's lots of brand collateral and engagement numbers, but little sales data to show?
