As opposed to interviewing at a younger age when my career was starting and more linear, I now have gaps due to life events. I'm not scared of the gaps as they were all productive in their own right, but I often don't want to get too deep in to personal information during the interview process. Do you have any recommendations for speaking to this if an interviewer pry's? Often I've been interviewed by younger recruiters and when I mention 'life events' I get (what feels like) a negative response.
