What's your trick for humanizing experience, work, and conveying to your biz partners when you may not be able to deliver to their higher demands or expectations at a particular time? I'm lucky to be with an organization that values the human experience, but I know not everyone is in that situation and I still have partners at times during the pandemic who expected pre-pandemic turn-around times.
