What is best practice for following up with a recruiter once you’ve completed everything they’ve requested of you, you’ve followed up with them, but are not receiving any responses? I struggle to find balance between expressing continued interest, not wanting to appear desperate or annoying, and being frustrated at feeling like I’m being ignored.
