It feels like I am seeing a lot of Product jobs are asking for a UI/UX certificate or degree, how can you convince the screeners that sitting on feature enhancement committees at several companies (as the product trainer I represented the voice of the customer) and working with a GUI Manager on a forklift product upgrade IS good experience?
