Can you make recommendations for handling workplace bullies, when either the bully is too amazing at his job to be disciplined, or the bully and your manager are friends and your manager won't even listen to your side, or the (male) bully actually has a reputation for trying to make women cry, or your (nice but young and a little too naïve) manager mistakes the bullying for "healthy competition?" (I no longer work in any of these situations.)
