I was recently promoted to a Tech Lead role. In this position I have direct reports who are spread across the globe (including India), making syncs and meetings difficult for everyone. I end up logging on extra early for meetings with my direct reports in India, then staying late to complete work for teams in the U.S. How do you manage a fully or mostly remote team across the globe while still giving yourself breaks?
